What we collect
On this site, we use PostHog for product analytics and session replay: how the site is used, and technical details such as your browser and approximate location. It sets a cookie to tell returning browsers apart. Form fields are masked in replays, and audio is never captured. Page views are also counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and, if you answered it, what you told us you are working on, with Resend, the service we use to write to you about early access. From then on, your activity on this site is linked to that address.
If you make an account, we keep your name, your email address and how you sign in, and each run you make with its files.
If you subscribe to Pro, your card details are held by our payment provider, never by us.
Recordings you run on this site, with their speaker samples and results, are kept for up to twelve months and used to run and improve the tools. Runs in the app are kept with your account and used only to run the service. The voiceprint made from a speaker sample is never stored. Recordings are not sold, not shared, and not used to identify anyone.

Our providers are based in the United States and store data primarily in North America. Analytics data is kept for one year, recordings from this site for up to twelve months, account details and runs for as long as the account exists, and waitlist details until you ask us to remove them. A run in the speech editing preview keeps the words as they were heard and as you changed them, with the recording.
Your choices
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, PostHog records nothing.
To leave the waitlist, to delete your account, or for anything else, write to support@crele.co.
In the app, you can delete a run from your history yourself.
