What we collect
We use PostHog for product analytics and session replay: how the site is used, and technical details such as your browser and approximate location. It sets a cookie to tell returning browsers apart. Form fields are masked in replays, and audio is never captured. Page views are also counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and, if you answered it, what you told us you are working on, with Resend, the service we use to write to you about early access. From then on, your activity on this site is linked to that address.
Recordings and speaker samples uploaded to the free tools are kept for up to twelve months and used to improve them. You can switch that off below, and everything is deleted automatically at the end of the retention period. Recordings are stored with Cloudflare. They are not sold, not shared, and not used to identify anyone.

Our providers are based in the United States and store data primarily in North America. Analytics data is kept for one year, recordings for up to twelve months, and waitlist details until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, PostHog records nothing.
To leave the waitlist, or to have what we hold against your email address deleted, write to support@shootkit.co.
A recording cannot be found that way. There are no accounts here and nothing ties a job to the person who ran it, so once one is kept, neither you nor we can single it out. The switch is what stops one being kept; the twelve months are when it goes.
