The tools
Speaker isolation and speech enhancement are free to try on this site with no account, on recordings up to 45 seconds. To download a result, run another recording or process a longer file, you need a free account in the app at app.crele.co. The tools are offered as they are, without a guarantee that a result will be usable, and we may change or withdraw them.
Accounts
An account is free. You can sign in with your email address or with Google. Keep your sign-in to yourself: what runs from your account is your responsibility.
Each plan's limits are on the pricing page. Minutes start again each month and do not carry over, and there are no overage charges. Results carry no watermark, and you can use them commercially.
Pro
Pro is a monthly subscription from Crele, at the price on the pricing page, with tax added at checkout. You can cancel any time from Billing in the app. Pro then lasts to the end of the month you paid for, and the account goes back to Free.
For a refund, write to support@crele.co.
What you confirm when you upload
That you have permission to use the recording. If someone else can be heard on it, that includes their permission to have it processed here. You stay the owner of everything you upload.
Do not upload a recording you have no right to, and do not use these tools to impersonate anyone or for anything unlawful.
Speech editing changes what a recording says. Use it only on recordings whose speaker has agreed to the change, and never to make someone appear to have said what they did not.
What we keep
Recordings you run on this site, with their speaker samples and results, are kept for up to twelve months and used to run and improve these tools.
Runs in the app are kept with your account and used only to run the service. On Free, your history holds the last 30 days.
Files are not sold, not shared, and not used to identify anyone.
Deleting your data
You can delete a run from your history in the app. To delete your account, write to support@crele.co from the address you signed up with.
The rest
We are not liable for what you do with a result or for a job that fails. These terms may change, and the date at the top of this page is when they last did.
