The tools
Speaker isolation and speech enhancement are free, take recordings up to 60 seconds, and need no account. They are offered as they are, without a guarantee that a result will be usable, and we may change or withdraw them.
What you confirm when you upload
That you have permission to use the recording. If someone else can be heard on it, that includes their permission to have it processed here. You stay the owner of everything you upload.
Do not upload a recording you have no right to, and do not use these tools to impersonate anyone or for anything unlawful.
What we keep, and for how long
Unless you switch it off, the files from a job are kept for up to twelve months and used to improve these tools: the recording you uploaded, the speaker sample if there was one, and the result. The switch is on the privacy page, it is remembered by your browser, and with it off nothing from that job is kept at all.
Files reach their twelve months by upload date, and they are deleted then by the storage system itself rather than by anything we have to remember to run. They are held in the United States. They are not sold, not shared, and not used to identify anyone.
What stops them being kept
The switch is what prevents a recording being kept in the first place. Turn it off and nothing from the jobs you run afterwards is written down: not the recording, not the sample, not the result, and nothing derived from them.
There is no way to delete one job once it has been kept. No account is involved and nothing ties a job to you, so neither you nor we can pick one out from the rest, by email or otherwise. It goes when its twelve months are up.
The rest
We are not liable for what you do with a result or for a job that fails. These terms may change, and the date at the top of this page is when they last did.
